You’ll receive clear, evidence-based education on what’s happening in your body and practical, tailored strategies that align with your lifestyle and goals. Together, we’ll explore the best combination of approaches, from nutrition and stress management to lifestyle adjustments, ensuring you leave with actionable steps you can confidently implement. Since menopause is complex, this session hones in on one or two key areas, providing immediate takeaways. For broader support, our Three-Session Coaching Package allows for deeper exploration and ongoing adjustments. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 24-48 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests can be accommodated up to 24 hours before the session.
