Our Workplace Support

Support for Workplaces
Perimenopause and Menopause isn't just a personal journey - they're workplace issues too. Many high-performing women experience symptoms that impact their well-being, productivity, and career progression, yet workplace support is often inconsistent or non-existent.

We partner with organisations to bridge this gap, ensuring menopause is understood, not stigmatised. Our workplace support services help businesses foster a culture of awareness, inclusion, and proactive well-being.
By applying our client-centric approach, we work with businesses to create menopause-inclusive environments that support employees in ways that are practical, effective and sustainable. Our goal is to help organisations foster a culture of understanding and proactive well-being, improving employee retention, satisfaction, and overall well-being, while reducing absenteeism and lost productivity.

Workplace Services
In September 2024, the an Australian Senate Committee released a comprehensive report on menopause and perimenopause, highlighting the significant impact these natural life stages have on women’s health and workplace participation. The report made 25 recommendations, including measures for improving workplace policies and practices to better support employees.

Key recommendations relevant to employers include:
-
Encouraging workplaces to develop menopause policies in consultation with employees to create supportive environments.
-
Considering amendments to workplace laws to ensure flexible working arrangements for employees experiencing menopause.
-
Reintroducing data collection by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) to track employer support for menopause-related workplace initiatives.
Our workplace services align with the recommendations of the Australian Senate and reflect best practices currently being adopted across the UK. We help businesses create an inclusive workplace culture, retain experienced female professionals, reduce absenteeism, and ensure they are well-positioned to support employees through menopause. By fostering a menopause-friendly environment, organisations can enhance employee wellbeing and workplace satisfaction while aligning with best practices. At Healthy Meno Life, we offer a range of services to assist organisations in becoming menopause-friendly.
