Why I Do This Work
Like many women, I’ve experienced the challenges, uncertainties, and frustrations that the perimenopause transition can bring. I know how overwhelming it can feel when your body changes in ways you weren’t prepared for—and when misinformation, myths, and outdated advice make it even harder to find real solutions.
That’s why I founded Healthy Meno Life—to provide science-backed, practical guidance that empowers you to take control of your health with confidence.
My Approach
I believe perimenopause and menopause are times to reclaim your health, not just endure it. My approach is:
✔ Science-based → Grounded in the latest research and clinical evidence.
✔ Personalised → Tailored to your unique needs, symptoms, and lifestyle.
✔ Practical & Realistic → No fads or one-size-fits-all advice—just strategies that work.
Through coaching, education, and support, I help women like you understand what’s happening in your body, explore solutions that fit your life, and implement meaningful changes that can help manage symptoms and support your well-being.
While menopause affects every woman differently, and no solution is one-size-fits-all, there are science-backed strategies that can help reduce symptoms, improve energy, and enhance your quality of life. Together, we’ll focus on what’s most important to you, finding realistic, sustainable approaches that fit your lifestyle and goals.
You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. With clarity, confidence, and compassionate support, we’ll work to help you feel as strong, balanced, and well as possible—on your terms.

I’m a scientist, educator, and menopause coach, dedicated to helping women navigate the perimenopause and menopause transition with clarity, confidence, and evidence-based strategies. With a PhD in Biology, advanced training from the International Menopause Society, and a dual diploma in Women’s Health and Nutrition Coaching, I combine scientific expertise with practical, real-world solutions.
