Scientific Approach Disclaimer

At Healthy Meno Life, we provide science-based education and coaching, grounded in critical analysis of research quality. We prioritise high-quality, peer-reviewed studies, including randomized controlled trials (RCTs), systematic reviews, and well-conducted meta-analyses, to ensure that our guidance reflects the best available evidence.

Scientific understanding continues to evolve, and while new findings may refine or expand existing knowledge, we critically assess both recent research and foundational scientific principles to provide accurate, evidence-informed insights.

However, no single study or approach guarantees a universal outcome for every individual. Biological responses to nutrition, exercise, supplementation and menopause-related strategies vary based on genetics, lifestyle and other factors. Therefore, while our insights are based on the best available evidence, individual experiences and results may differ.
